Cancer Alkaline Diet For Survival

A cancer alkaline diet can provide a strong hand on your shoulder when it comes to keeping your body healthy and reducing the risk of the attack and onset of cancerous cells. When too much acid is absorbed, digested and metabolised into the body, it changes the natural pH balance of your blood. Your blood is slightly alkaline by nature and if, by environment or foods changes to a more acidic nature, then problems can arise and the internal body can become a prime breeding ground for disease.
A good, healthy, balanced cancer alkaline diet can help prevent not only mild illnesses ranging from flu to headaches, but also cancer. A cancer alkaline diet, heavy on vegetables, fruits, legumes and seeds etc, is worth considering for preventative measures.
Without the necessary balance of alkaline in your diet (alkaline come from such sources as fresh fruits and vegetables), the body will need to find ways to deal with the excess of acid that will be prominent in your system. The body will move excess fat to somewhere in the body, finding a dumping ground for all the excess so that the blood will be able to keep its natural pH level of around 7.4 (alkaline). But it has had to work hard to get there and the more the body has to dump this dangerous excess of acid, the areas where it is being deposited will suffer cell decay. It's a vicious cycle as then the dead cells will turn into acid too, causing further build up and toxins. The cells that do manage to survive through adapting, will only do so by becoming 'foreign' to the body, or malignant.
